When you register as a candidate, we collect your name, email address, phone number, work experience, skills, and job preferences. When you register as a company, we collect your company name, contact details, and billing information. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and search queries to improve the platform.
Candidate profiles are shared with registered companies on immid.in so they can find and contact immediate joiners. Your email and phone are only visible to authenticated companies — not to the public. We use your email address to send application updates, verification confirmations, and service notifications. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share your profile information only with companies registered on immid.in for the purpose of employment matching. We use Supabase (database hosting) and Resend (transactional email) as infrastructure providers. These providers process data under appropriate data processing agreements.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@immid.in. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
immid.in does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. We use localStorage in your browser to store your authentication session. No cookies are set by our platform.
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store payment card details — payments are processed by our payment providers.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may update your profile at any time from your dashboard. To request full data deletion or export, email support@immid.in.
